Would it work out if i know somebody who has an Ensoniq ASR-10 that can load the bin file with external CD rom station, and then extract the wavs that way? Or even better, get it in Kontakt nki format. What i need is to at least extract the wavs contained, I tryed burning/mounting/extracting/converting/translating.

I have read up alot on it, and tryed several options, CdXtract, Chicken Systems Translator, Poweriso, Kontakt & convert to iso with no luck at all.
i am pretty sure its not corrupted, but if u guys know of a proper method to determine corruption its greatly appreciated. I have successfully extracted the content from different bin files from old Ensoniq disks, so i dont get why this one is not working, its the same for all Syntaur CDRs. There is not a single NKI file for every single WAV sample. So the direct answer to your question - are there NKI's for all samples - is no. NKI files are Kontakt instruments, and they often refer to many (anywhere from 1 into the thousands) of samples. I do have the file, but its a bin file that will not extract.
